JETT Travel - Aqaba

NO REAL COSTUMER SERVICE!!! If a customer faces an issue, who is the appropriate point of contact? The call center appears primarily focused on closing the call, while at the branches the customer is repeatedly redirected from one person to another.

We arrived here from Amman, taxi drivers a bit but not too pushy, taxis are coloured green here btw. JETT charging 30 JOD per person to Petra, we (two) therefore opted for taxi, same price but "door to door"

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the worst travel experience imaginable. The buses are filthy — food leftovers on the seats, dirty water soaking passengers’ places, and absolutely no sense of cleanliness or maintenance. What should be a simple trip from Amman to Aqaba somehow turns into a miserable 5-hour nightmare. The buses clearly haven’t seen proper maintenance in years. I’m literally writing this while stranded on a broken-down JETT bus, and the driver hasn’t even bothered to explain what’s happening despite us being stuck for over 45 minutes. No communication, no professionalism, no hygiene, no respect for passengers’ time or comfort. For a company with this reputation and pricing, the level of service is honestly embarrassing. Management seriously needs to wake up before the entire company becomes a joke.

The trip went very smooth ! The driver and the staff were polite and friendly But their buses needs to be renewed a-bit But all in all was a comfy ride , right on time
