We wanted to print some photos for frames at home. The person helping us didn’t know how to crop photos and it looked like his first day using the editing software. It took us 35 mins to have 6 photos printed and the results are mediocre.
Wanted to print literally 6 black and white photos of varying sizes. Took the young man working there approximately 35mins to assist us and get to printing the photos and another 10 to cut them. Just for the sizes to be incorrect and poor results overall. A very frustrating and low yield experience. That young man has no idea what he’s doing

Friendly and accommodating staff, the waiting inline isn't all that bad I'd say a 3-10 minute wait depending on the customers query.
