Jen helped us completely redo our old and tired website and turn it into something modern and fitting to our business. We had a great experience working with Jen and very much appreciate all the time and effort she put into this project. During the planning stage, she took the time to listen and understand what it was that we needed, and made suggestions accordingly. Our website was a couple decades old, and it showed, and if you are reading this you probably already understand how much a good online presence matters to a business. We didn’t really know what the process of developing and new website would look like, but Jen guided us from start to finish. Our team being new to the world of website design, we couldn't avoid needing to make changes along the way, so it was nice that Jen was understanding and worked with us to implement our requests. It was also nice to get updates on her progress; the platforms she uses to share her designs are simple and easy to understand for people like us with not much experience in graphic design. The end product is now a great looking website that we are proud to show our customers. We will be continuing to use Jen for upcoming adjustments and additions to our website, and our other marketing efforts. She has been great and definitely recommend working with her and her team!
