JD Waterworks

Was referred to JD Waterworks for my home water heater installation. Jordan was kind to help me w the urgent job n his team did their job n clean up nicely. Recommended!

Jordan is definitely the superhero without cape to my rescue. My concealed leaking pipe in the kitchen had been giving us so much headache since Nov25, engaged a handyman to temporarily solve one leak. Jan 26, leaking and seeping of water appeared again. By chance, we found JD works. Jordan will never leave my questions unanswered. Knowing my situation, he came the next day to check on the issues. The night itself, he came out with the plan. Due to CNY period, no manpower, we waited for 2weeks. The wait is tiring because we need to keep sweeping the seepage of water. But the work done by the workers were impressive. They arrived on time, both of them will work on their own segments and not waste time at all, making the installation of new pipeline seamlessly done. So thankful of them to patch my wall and fix my cabinet back. Trust me, if u have a waterworks problem, Jordan from JD works has a solution for u. Thank u so much to Jordan and his capable team.

Responses were prompt, punctual and service was great. I had to remove my existing toilet bowl to repair the leakage from wear and tear over the years that caused the leakage. It would have cost me more if the workmanship was bad, and the toilet bowl was cracked and had to be replaced. And it only took less than an hour to fix my side of the problem (another 3 hours to dry). Minimal inconvenience.

JD water works was engaged to help me with my toilet vanity and 2 toilet bowl which my incompetent and very lousy contractor left me with... She left the toilet half done and JD came to the rescue. Jordon from JD waterworks was quick to respond, very accommodating and always provided solutions...even when things went sideways be came back immediately the next day tk correct it and make sure we were 100% satisfied..not only that he also lent me a listening ear when I needed to vent about all things that went wrong throughout the process when the previous contractor was still doing the works. I would highly recommend JD waterworks, from empty to satisfied you will not regret!

Engaged Jordan and his team twice for one for water heater and the other was for plumbing issues in our home. Service rendered was excellent for both times. Workers are also highly skilled in their jobs. Recommended!
