I personally received terrible service. I took in a console that wasn't displaying video; it needed an HDMI chip replaced. They replaced it and told me it wasn't fixed, that another part was needed, and that they would order it. They said they would get back to me, but they never did. After a few weeks, I opened my console and realized the soldering job was awful (see attached photo). It was clearly not going to work, and I also know that most of the internal screws were missing. I tried to contact the person but never received a response. I had been convinced by the good reviews, but I suppose not everyone has a good experience. Go at your own risk or with someone who knows more about this.
