JD Precision Plumbing & Air

I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. My heater died on me, I made an appointment online the next morning and then called to confirm. When I did the nice lady asked me if I wanted an earlier appointment. I did. Brice showed up on time, looked at my problem, and offered me several options. He was kind, professional and friendly. He and his assistant installed a new tankless system in about 6 hours. I was quite impressed with the detail and seamless organizing of the electrician, roofer and themselves getting and installing all the parts. I haven't gotten to really try out this new tankless system but... am very happy I called JD Precision.

Update... I just had Ryan come out and give me a quote on replacing our shower valve. I could not have asked for a better explanation on what to do, as well the work that will be preformed. He gave me options, which I was impressed with and never would of considered without him recommending them to me. I Would highly recommend using this company for any of you residential or commercial plumbing needs. Update Continued... I had them do the job. Wow!!!!! The work they did was phenomenal. He and his helper jumped on it right at the time we agreed that he would show up. Both were very courteous and polite. They actually finished the work ahead of the time he said he would. We could not be anymore pleased with work they did for us. Thank you again Ryan for your hard work and job you did. Also again would highly recommend using JD Precision for any and all your plumbing needs.

Austin was great and did an amazing job on our plumbing. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I had two leaks to my upstairs toilets and also he corrected the drain runoff from our HVAC system in the attic. I’m glad he caught that.

Steven Walker showed up on time. Told me before he started what needed to be done and the cost. Once we agreed on all terms and payments he started and completed the work to my satisfaction. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained other programs offered by his employer. He was a gentleman, competent, earned my trust and I will ask for him in any future plumbing issues. Honest man, knows his job.

Steven Walker has been a TREMENDOUS help. He put a vanity into a tiny space that others said would not fit. Spent time plumbing a new toilet. And went above and beyond leveling a small floor pan and setting the shower valve for our tiny new bathroom. Prompt, personable, and professional. We could not have asked for better service than what JD Precision consistently provides.
