J.C. Warner Heating & Cooling

I called less than 24 hours ago to request service for a non functioning upstairs HVAC unit (we have separate downstairs and upstairs units). Although it wasn’t an emergency by any means, JC Warner fit me in the next day (which was really kind!). Kimber arrived today on time and was a rockstar. She diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. It’s now a cool 67° upstairs (it was 81 before she got here), and everything is running great. She was also very nice and explained the problem and solution, which is always great. 5 stars all around! I’d recommend JC Warner and Kimber anytime. Thank you for such great service.

I called first thing in the morning and they responded and sent Shawn Sard out within 3hrs time . Shawn’s professionalism and knowledge got our HVAC system up in no time. Small town business is the best. I’ve known the Warner family my whole life and they have always been just a phone call away! Great Company— Great People!

Shawn was great, knew what he was doing and figured out the problem I was having with moisture in the cabinet. My other contractor just kept replacing circuit boards under warranty. Great company would highly recommend JC Warner!!!!!!

As always JC Warner is flexible finding a time that works to get the job done. They reach out with updates so I can get a good estimate of when the will arrive. They are always friendly, polite and professional as well as efficient and provide top quality work.

A Sunday on a hot summer weekend and AC would not get below 76 even at night when outside temperature was 78. Wyatt came Sunday morning within 20 minutes of me calling JC Warner. AC was up and running within 15 minutes (capacitor was failing). All good.
