I took my computer in to have the touch pad glued back down and $100 later, the computer is not working at all. I just put my (year old) laptop in the trashcan. I was told that they would not charge more than $50 without getting my permission. But since they were not able to locate another battery (making the computer useless), they should not have charged me $100 to glue down something that was irrelevant. I wish I had taken it elsewhere. Revision: John has been very helpful by fixing my computer at no additional cost. He’s looking for a replacement battery for me. I’m satisfied with the service now :)

I have never had such an amazing customer service experience as we did with John at Jbod. My computer was having issues on a work trip and he worked through the weekend to fix the problem while we were passing through Warner Robbins. John was friendly, communicative, fairly priced and worked fast. We are so grateful and will definitely come back.

Well I posted on here Wednesday night that this person at this business had my laptop since the 5th of May and I had left numerous messages and emails and gone by there several times with no luck trying to find out what was going on with this situation. So I called the police and submitted a report with them. Thursday I had a doctor's appointment and I was on Watson Blvd so I decided to drive by there to see if I might could catch him there. To my surprise, he was there and I retrieved my laptop. It was not fixed but I just wanted to get it back. He was not very professional about this entire situation. I did not pull it out and look at it until today and boy am I mad! The screen has been busted. I know that I should have opened it up right then and there but I was just thankful I got it back. I had no idea anyone in a business like that would actually do something like this. People are so mean these days. Pray for this person.

John is nothing short of a professional guy. I came to him with my custom built pc that was having problems booting into windows and nothing being displayed to my monitor. I tried everything that I could and nothing would work. I decided to get help from someone, and I’m so glad that I chose Jbod Tech. He was very professional and communicated to me what he was doing and what he thinks the issue was pretty often, and eventually fixed my issue. He even offered some of his professional advice on how to upgrade my build from here on out. After it was all said and done, he even gave me a discount because it took him a little longer to repair than expected. 10/10 would recommend and will be going to John with anything else I seek to fix/upgrade on my PC from here on out.

Just got my laptop back and it works wonderful. Way faster than it was and he was everything to save important files and programs. Communicated the issues once diagnosed and gave me options and recommendations to fix. It took a couple of days to determine issue and fix it. Would recommend if you have computer issues. I'm very pleased with them and the price was fair
