I want to share my experience genuinely so that others don’t have to go through what I faced. I had given JBM Solutions the responsibility for international advertising and marketing, but I am extremely unhappy with their services. They took the full payment in advance and created a WhatsApp group for posting updates on Instagram and Facebook. I shared all my business information and photos with them, but every time I had to keep asking for updates. They never posted anything on their own, nor did they design any proper or valuable posts. Not even a single post was worth it. Regarding advertising, they claimed to run daily ads for 2 months, but I never received any proper update on when it started or ended. In fact, I got no results or reports from their advertising. I had clearly told them my target countries were Vietnam and Malaysia, but they ran ads in Turkey—which is not even my target market. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with their services. They initially attract clients by offering lower prices and making big promises, but in reality, their work is very poor and unprofessional.
