Horrible agency. They have held our domain and website hostage for months and refuse to release it to us until we pay them despite our update requests being ignored. They have now deactivated our website after ignoring me messaging them and attempting to quickly and easily resolve this issue. We had an independent party even verify that they had deliberately tanked our site months prior to any issue or disputes being known at the time. This company is not someone you want to trust your company assets and digital presence to. They will not answer you, they won't update anything you're asking them to, and when you have an issue you will be ignored until they can scam some more money out of you for something they're already supposed to be doing. I have tried settling this matter with them discreetly by email and by Facebook message but since they prefer to ignore the problem there it must now be addressed here.
