The worst web designer we've ever encountered. It's a shame our office used Vlobs! Cheap prices but poor quality mean expensive results. 1. In 2019/2020, we got their contact information from a friend who was also in the process of building a website for Company A. When we received the initial draft, in our office's CMS, Company A's name was displayed across all CMSs. This meant they copied Company A's CMS for our office. I protested and even provided screenshots, but Vlobs denied it and refused to admit it. 2. We provided the content for the website, but Vlobs copied the content from someone else's website, the design of which we gave them as a sample. This embarrassed us when we announced the website. 3. Our website has two sections containing address information: the front page and the contact us section. The contact us section can be edited, but the front page cannot be edited because it's permanent. So, even though we moved to a new office, the front page was still the old address. We only discovered this two years later when we moved offices and the front page couldn't be edited. But we let it go because, based on our experience with CMS, we were sure Vlobs would refuse to fix it, claiming it was "old." 4. In 2025, our office website was hacked, and we contacted them to re-upload the old website because I had previously requested a backup. We used this opportunity to fix the address issue. We asked Vlobs to change or remove the office address section, and we would pay any additional fees. This morning, Vlobs provided the website, which had been uploaded to their temporary hosting, and it turned out the address section hadn't been changed. We politely stated that the address section hadn't been changed, but Vlobs commented, "Why didn't you say so yesterday?" We immediately took screenshots of the conversation regarding the request. But instead of admitting our mistake, Vlobs sulked and said they wouldn't do the work anymore. 5. From the subsequent conversation, it turned out they were expecting an additional fee and thought we were asking them to re-upload it without charge, even though we had previously stated we didn't mind the additional fee. In short, they were unprofessional, lacked skills, were careless, refused to accept criticism, and sulked. It was a loss for us to use Vlobs services.
