This is by far, hands down the best Pest company I've ever invested in. OK the first day, Joe was straight to the point amd very honest. He didn't beat around the bush. He explained to me the whole process about pest control for my grandmother's house. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone. They are affordable as well. Great job. I would give you 5,000 stars if I could.
I would highly recommend James River Pest Solutions. We have been having ant and spider issues. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Joe directly. He gave me a good price and explained their services. Joe got me on the schedule for the following week. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and went the extra step of removing some spider webs on the outside of the home. I am very pleased with their service!
James River Pest Solutions is a life saver! From the moment I went on their website, to talking to Lauren, who was amazing and managed to get me a same-day appointment, to Tripp coming out to my house for the initial inspection , they have been incredible! Tripp did a wonderful job explaining everything to me with pictures and walked me through all of his recommendations so clearly. Dealing with a mouse issue is never fun, but The James River Pest Solutions team made it so much easier!!! They definitely have a customer for life, and I’ve already recommended them to several of my coworkers!! Thank you!!!

I had been seeing yellow jackets around my property and didn't want them building a nest and multiplying. I had a one time service done with James River Pest Solutions, and I'll continue to keep a watch for them coming back in the future. Joe was very prompt, actually an hour early to my appointment window. I was unable to accommodate him and he worked me into another employee's schedule. The tech communicated with me during the appointment window to let me know his approximate arrival, which was really appreciated. The tech then explained the process, what I could expect, game me some ideas to seal off a possible ingress area around a wood insert, etc. He was very helpful.
