As a professional, I entrusted Jalis with the creation, maintenance, and SEO of my website. Unfortunately, they are completely failing to honor the contract. Monthly payments are being taken without fail, but the promised services are not being delivered (lack of follow-up, nonexistent SEO, and no results). Despite several polite reminders from me to point out these shortcomings and request an amicable termination, I have only received automatic refusals and intimidating emails. Faced with this serious and repeated breach of contract, I was forced to block the payments under Article 1219 of the French Civil Code (defense of non-performance). Jalis's only response? Threats of formal notices without any attempt to resolve the initial technical problem. This company prioritizes locking in a 48-month contract over customer satisfaction and the quality of its work. I strongly advise against using them for tradespeople and small business owners.
