If you wish to enjoy premier fine-dining with spectacular views of Singapore, you cannot afford to miss JAAN by Kirk Westaway, which is located on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford. We had an unforgettable moment enjoying the modern British cuisine together with the panoramic views of Marina Bay and the Singapore Strait. The head chef was capable of making use of high-quality British produce, transforming traditional flavors into refined dishes. On top of the taste, the presentation was flawless. Every dish was indeed a "gastronomic feast" for the eyes. The meal ended with a very pleasant surprise since the head chef came over and greeted us. His personal touch was a vivid evidence of his warmth and hospitality. It is certainly one of the best places for celebrations!

Had a fabulous lunch today at JAAN by Kirk Westaway with my foster parents, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Everything was magnificent—from the warm, attentive service to the beautifully presented dishes that were full of flavor and creativity. Every course was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. This was my fifth time dining here, and they have never disappointed. The consistency, elegance, and exceptional hospitality always make each visit special. It is truly a well-deserved two Michelin-starred restaurant, and every experience reminds me why I keep coming back. My mum and dad were both delighted to have this special farewell lunch before they leave Singapore for their retirement and it made the occasion even more meaningful and memorable for all of us. A perfect place for a memorable dining experience. Kudos to Chef Kirk and team! Thanks once again!

Dining at JAAN by Kirk Westaway was an extraordinary experience. The specially curated menu (vegetarian) was both stunning and inventive, showcasing remarkable attention to detail in every course. Each dish feels like a work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. The panoramic views add to the sense of occasion, making the entire evening unforgettable. Fully worthy of its two Michelin Stars, JAAN delivers excellence at every level, from the cuisine to the service and ambiance. Definitely a must is you love exquisite food at its best!

Loved the view from Jaan and the food was excellent. It was a great lunch — we truly appreciated the outstanding cuisine and the fact that Chef Kirk came to greet all the guests. A memorable experience.

Dinner at JAAN by Kirk Westaway was very good. The room is elegant without being over the top, the service team was excellent, and sitting seventy floors above Singapore certainly adds a little drama to the evening. The food was clearly Michelin quality and thoughtfully presented. Service may have been the best part of the night. We grabbed a Grab over and it was easy. That said, it felt like we were paying for the views and the Michelin aura as much as the food. Everything was good, but the pricing felt about 20–30% too high for what actually landed on the plate. The pacing also felt a bit rushed for a tasting menu. When you’re dropping that kind of money, it’s nice to let the evening breathe a little. If you’re celebrating something big and don’t mind paying for the full Michelin experience, you’ll likely enjoy it. Try to get a table right by the window if possible. We were seated more toward the middle, which had some advantages, but the skyline views were partially blocked. Overall I’d call it a 4.5 that carefully rolls up to five stars on Google, though this isn’t truly a five star experience in my book. It is a Michelin two star restaurant and you can see that in the technique and presentation. I probably wouldn’t return. The cost is simply too high for the overall experience, which can run about $700–$1,000 per person depending on how enthusiastic you are with the wine list.
