Very good and fast service
I thought it was excessive that it took them three weeks to remove the equipment. Furthermore, when they installed it, they left the boxes and styrofoam loose around the equipment.
Honestly, it's a disappointment and a rip-off when it comes to ordering spare parts for Ricoh printers. They use the same system as dealerships but with a monopoly on spare parts and services. They want to charge me $2,800 for a spare part for a printer that costs $1,500; saying it's highway robbery is an understatement. I don't recommend them for their services.
The receptionist was very helpful; the requested information arrived after another call 48 hours later.
