I had a preliminary online call with the manager and another team member to discuss our website project. I expressed interest in using the Gutenberg editor due to its superior performance, which is a priority for us. Unfortunately, the staff member strongly disagreed and insisted that Elementor Pro has no impact on website speed, claiming that performance is solely determined by hosting. While the technical disagreement was concerning, the real issue was the tone in which this opinion was delivered. It came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the conversation uncomfortable and unproductive. To their credit, the manager later followed up with an email apologizing for the experience, which I appreciated. That gesture is the reason I’m leaving a 2-star review instead of 1.
