They combine a computer repair service, a delivery service, a retail store, and an office for picking up lots from the Ruble Auction in one office. It's not entirely clear who's responsible for what, or who to contact with what questions. Otherwise, they're great. They work quickly and efficiently. In contentious matters, they always work in the client's favor and find compromise solutions.
