Great place for business
Nothing special.
A decent business center. Pros: clean, warm building, plenty of places to grab a bite to eat/lunch. Excellent coffee shop on the 7th floor. You can work, get a massage, learn English, and much more without leaving the building. There are two smoking balconies on each floor. Cons: inconvenient location, terrible access to the building, and long waits for the elevators.
A busy business center. 1. Parking is a problem. You can drive around for ages looking for a spot. 2. The elevators are a nightmare. There was about 25 people in line for the elevator at 1:00 PM. The buttons inside the elevator don't work. I barely made it to the 13th floor. Another time I walked up. I only walked down.
Well, the elevators are too few for such a large building; it's funny to see the lines waiting for one in the morning. The real rubbish starts when the elevators break down. Otherwise, the location is decent, but the crappy entrance and the lack of proper parking adjacent to the business center leave a mixed impression.
