ITConstruct (Ай Ти Констракт)

This is probably the first time in my life that my interactions with IT professionals have been so painless, even pleasant. We contacted itConstruct to integrate Bitrix into our shoe repair service. We'd used CRMs for other areas, but this time we needed a full implementation: accounting, documents, reports. We weren't entirely sure how and what would be best to do, but the integrators provided helpful advice and guidance. Our gratitude for the work they've done is well beyond five stars. And most importantly, they never held back, as is often the case in this industry. They're always open and always quick to address any idea. We're very pleased! I knew practically nothing about the company's products. I heard from a manager who joined our team this year that they were using Bitrix. I was reading the news on NGS and saw that a seminar organized by a company promoting an online store would be held on August 8, 2019. We have an existing online store and had already paid for the upgrade, but I decided there's no such thing as too much knowledge and decided to attend. I had only positive experiences: the location and time of the seminar were convenient; the presentations were engaging and informative, and it was easy to understand the capabilities of the proposed product; a consultation was organized. I especially want to mention Roman; the energy he brings to the audience, as well as his absolute knowledge of the product's capabilities, makes the information absorbed in one breath. Importantly, the seminar included organic coffee, light snacks, and bottled water. Roman has truly assembled a team of specialists. If I'm not satisfied with the results of our online store upgrade, I will definitely contact this company for help.

I decided to spend a little time reviewing this company. Two years ago, we contacted them to create a website, and to our credit, they convinced us that the site was on a modern platform, and since we would continue working with them, you (i.e., we were very lucky) would be in luck. The guys from Nerezinovsk actually delivered what they promised, even training our guy via Skype. Everything was fine; the site worked fine, and we could add content and make adjustments as needed, which our guy did very well. But just a couple of months ago, the site stopped displaying correctly, even though we hadn't done any work on it. We emailed their N branch (so as not to distract their smart heads from their work) and described the problem (specifically, a problem, not a problem), and immediately the game began: manager Anastasia, with a well-aimed kick (and she's the head of technical services), sent us to TimeWeb Hosting. They spent a couple of days looking at it, thinking, and then gave a clear answer: like, we're all screwed, contact the developer. A reasonable question for the developer was answered equally pointedly: two hours of work cost us 4,600 rubles, should we send you an invoice? 4,600 rubles, Karl, for the site suddenly glitching once in two years, and that was just plain stupid. That's where the football team ended the negotiations with us: no money, no honey. The question arises: Why? Why did we spend a sizable amount of cash working with IT Construct, LLC (although I remember we actually paid some individual entrepreneur) instead of building a website with some company from the subway ads for 5,000 rubles? Because ITIPConstructor convinced us they were a serious company and would support us throughout the life of our website. Oh, I completely forgot to mention: during this time, we contacted them again about spam coming through the site's contacts. And again, they brushed us off with the excuse: "Solve the problem yourself, it's simple." That's how they lived: They took money and multiplied websites. They should be ashamed, folks. Novosibirsk is certainly smaller, not Moscow, but at least they delivered on what they promised.

It's a good company, I like the way they work, they present themselves well at various events. And they really invite you to come work 😁
