The customer service is amazing here. Choy Soon and San San who served us on different occasions were super friendly, patient, helpful! I will go back just to support the people working thee. Went twice for dinner this week - a Thursday and a Saturday. Ordered the carbonara on Thursday. It was so good that's why we brought our friend (who works qs a chef) to try. But the carbonara on Saturday was not as salty - probably not enough cheese. Also ordered a t-bone (medium rare) and baby back ribs on Saturday. Meat along the bone was blue (see pic), which was disappointing. Meat of the ribs did not "melt" off the bones like other ribs I have tried before - see picture of bones where it was difficult to cut off everything. I would still go back - just for the carbonara. But maybe on a weeknight when there are fewer people :) Price is good value with the Grab discounts.

iSteaks is a casual restaurant that serves excellent value for money steaks without paying premium steakhouses prices. They offer a variety of steak options like Uruguay, Australia beef, pasture fed, grain fed, etc…. depending on your preferences. We went for the NZ ribeye, Australia wagyu ribeye and Argentina ribeye. All three steaks were juicy and fantastic. The Argentina ribeye in my opinion was the best out of the three.

Excellent steak house in Singapore. Hard to find a local place to match steak house in US. But iSteaks did it. Good quality meat cook just right with affordable price. We tried ribeye steak and lamb t-bone. All are excellent 😋. If you there. Try their lemonade soda... So good 😍. On the service, we are so glad to have Yasmin. She is so attentive and friendly. Her recommendations also right on. (Thanks, Yasmin.) Definitely go back again once I go back to SG.

We came here for a birthday celebration and it was made extra special with the awesome service Yasmin offered! She was so patient in taking our orders and guiding us through getting the best discounts (e.g. Grab dine in, mastercard discounts, etc) for the meal. We ordered grain fed beef ribeye in medium well, medium and medium rare. The steaks were tender, but rather fatty even for the leaner cuts. The steaks also didn’t have the charcoal grilled taste, which made the steaks a bit average. The sauce definitely carried the ‘show’ and not the steak haha! As for the sides, the cream spinach with parmesan cheese had a really awful texture - as if someone chewed up the spinach halfway and served it with cheese on the top. I’m personally not a fan of the texture, but my husband was alright with it. The buttered corn, garlic butter eggplant, baked pumpkin, and baked potato were really yummy though! The ribeyes were a little disappointing too… the last we had it, the ribeyes were softer, more tender and caramelised. This time round, the ribeyes were tougher and drier which made the dining experience less pleasant, especially for older adults with weaker gums and dentures. Overall, service by Yasmin was excellent and the food is average. Definitely order the teh with ice (normal sugar) though! That was 💯

Was usher into the restaurant by Shaun in a professional manner and he explain the menu to us and gave us ample time to make our decisions. Then the order was taken Amy whom she explain further of the perks by using Grabpay. The food was delicious and coffee is fragrant. Extremely happy to have the good sevice and great food.
