Very good service from Issei. Mr Naito Tatsuya in particular is very patient explaining everything to me even though there is language barrier. I cannot speak Japanese well enough, he cannot speak english well enough but everything goes well. The service is good from start to finish, we got help in many ways. Sometimes got additional information that benefit me more than him about the apartment. Also free candies. Solid 5/5.

Issei Management is best for foreigners who are seeking for rental housing. They provide and support with best available housing. Ms. Sakura was my assigned representative for my housing allocation when i came to Japan. She speaks good english and her customer support was always on time and very supportive.
