Couldn't have been happier with the work that was done! Had new light fixtures installed and electrical outlets replaced. Previously they had done repair work on our septic pump. Both electricians were very friendly and helpful. Great communication. Great pricing. We have more work that needs to be done and will definitely be calling them. **Had Island Electric out once again, this time to install a hot tub and outdoor lighting. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Once again, we couldn't have been any happier with the crew and the work done. Highly recommend...

STAY AWAY!!!!! Overcharged me for a 30 minute job. Quoted me over the phone and then charged me much more after the fact without telling me. Threatened to send me to collections, but never fixed the overcharge. Very rude. Tyler was very competent and got the job done quickly. It was Jason and other various members of the staff being dishonest. Truly a bummer because I would have used them for more work, but not if you are going to blindside me with made up charges that were not discussed. He even admitted to me in text that the service call fee was never mentioned beforehand. They also sent two guys for a tiny job. I said I need a kitchen light fixed and have future projects to get quotes on. I stopped them before they came in and said I don’t need two guys. They said it was fine and I wouldn’t get charged for two guys. I asked if I needed to fill the hour (like a minimum) I was told no. Truly shocked by this encounter!!!

Lord. I tried to make an appointment to get my exhaust fan serviced and this company dropped the ball so many times. Was very unresponsive, tried to make appointment for diagnosis several times and they never showed up, got confused about where I lived despite giving them my address, got my name mixed up, they would never answer my phone calls, barely answer texts. my last text to them was that they sucked and the technician apologizing. With a facepalm emote. Gave up on them after that. Can’t believe how unprofessional And unsuccessful that attempt to make an appointment with them was. Lol 🤦‍♀️

Jason and the crew are professional, do great work, and always have a positive attitude and clear communication. I’ve had them out for a number of projects, big and small, and Jason always goes out if his way to be flexible, friendly and to make sure it’s done right.

Called Jason to get an estimate for several new major circuits, a few outlets, lights, and switches. He and the team came back a week later. They did quality job, quickly and at a lower cost than the estimate.
