We have been looking for a Telford-based web development company, that could assist us on developing a custom WordPress solution for our website for a while. We couldn't be more delighted with ISEV. We have two e commerce website and after a search of who could help us with these two very different WOO Commerce sites we settled on ISEV. As a business owner, when looking for a new support company for the websites, we were struck by how many flashy companies out there in WOO Land say they can help you out. But how many actually answer e mail enquiries or even actually pick up the phone. I can tell you in the WEB & IT assist area its painfully low. We called - Left a message and within 24 hours we got a call back. We always visit and look critical suppliers in the eye before handing them our two most valuable assets to play with. We explain who we are and more importantly what we expect from them as a supplier. We met the owner and MD Leon Blair and he immediately understood what we were looking for and suggested how they could help. He took time to understand who we were and what we were all about, to make sure he could deliver our objectives. We have been with ISEV now since March 2025 and the relationship has been excellent. They have streamlined an existing WOO site for us and taken over running of a new unfinished WOO site with real professionalism. Launching for us and managing the swap over from Sellerdeck to WOO Commerce seamlessly. The staff are really great too and respond quickly to any issues that may arise on a daily basis with a ticketing support system. In the world of e commerce you only get to find out how good a company is, when you start using them and ISEV did not disappoint. I rarely write reviews, but I understand how valuable they are when written well and in some depth. It's a BIG decision to swap IT / Web hosting and support companies. We were very lucky that a lot of companies out there just don't operate sales wise at ISEV's level and it was clear to us this was the right move from day one.
