As a web developer and denizen of the online business world, I am often in the position of needing to collaborate with strangers in problem solving. The process of connecting and working with someone whose access or expertise makes them necessary to accomplishing my goal is always a unique experience; much of the time, it's also a somewhat frustrating one.
