We had a very disappointing experience working with this team. There has been a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout the engagement. Our plans to launch a workable landing page in May have been significantly impacted due to delays and poor coordination. We had specifically requested static pages, however, a WordPress site was created instead, which was not aligned with our requirement. Despite this major mismatch, I made continuous efforts to communicate with the team to resolve issues. However, emails are not getting through, there has been no response on WhatsApp, and overall communication has been extremely poor. Even when I tried reaching out on Saturday regarding critical issues like form submissions, there was no response at all.
