In my last review, I made it clear that Inter's service is bad and useless, and that's exactly what it is. I may not have any services from this company in my name, that's true, but my family and mother do. I've known the company since I was little, back when it was Intercable, which is nothing like the good service it provided to the country for years, when it was the best cable service in Venezuela. Those days are long gone; now they're one of the worst cable services in the country. I say this because how is it possible that at my house, we've been paying for the triple play home package for over a year and neither the phone nor the internet works? When I try to contact them through every possible means, whether by phone or email, they don't answer. Even going to their offices in person doesn't solve the problem. With this, I want to make it clear that they are the worst service because for that entire blessed year they have not only played dumb but haven't resolved the problem. Oh, and I know that I'm not the one filing the complaint, but the account holder, and believe me, I'm tired of doing it. That's why I'm looking for a DirecTV antenna, and I already have a local phone line and internet, not thanks to you, but thanks to CANTV. Who would have thought?
