My mum needs to change her gate and door lock urgently. Found Intertech Hardware near my place. Really appreciate the help and assistance from Jasmine of Intertech - to accommodate my urgent and last minute request🙏🥰 ln additional to that, the charges are reasonable and good workmanship. [Update with photo proof] 27/2/26 Your service recovery is just as bad. You say that I expect my Lazada order to be fulfilled within 2 days of my order, of which the 2 days were a weekend. In order to show that I wasn't being unreasonable as insinuated by the shop, I've gone into Lazada to do a screenshot of the delivery date if I'd ordered today at the same time I did last week (2+ pm). Again it showed delivery by 1 Mar, which is also two days away, of which 2 days are the weekend. So Intertech, you should be adjusting the delivery timing on Lazada if there's an issue with it, instead of blaming your customer for expecting a delivery that's stated on the app. And I did not at any time say that the promised delivery date was on the Lazada chat. You can see it right now from the screenshot that it's on the app itself. Also, I order hundreds of things from Lazada, and they just turn up when they should. Why would you expect me to have to contact you to ask you when something will be delivered? That's so ridiculous. If you're not ready to have an ecommerce shopfront, maybe you should just keep to a physical store. [Review on 23/2/26] Ordered a 3-gang switch on Lazada at 2.30pm on Fri (20 Feb). Altho they were more expensive, I was ok, because it said delivery by 22 Feb, and I needed it urgently. Come 22 Feb, there was no news, so I contacted them on Lazada chat, it was a useless bot. Waited til morning of 23 Feb, tried to contact them on chat again, there was a reply to say they didn't have my order. So i then called them, and some filipino guy said his boss needs to go to the warehouse to check. And he said he'd get back to me, and he didn't. This has been a really bad experience, i don't understand all the 5-star reviews. Because of their irresponsible delay, I had to reschedule the handyman and delay the fixing of the switch.

Jasmine is a wonderful, bubbly person to interact. Her customer service is very satisfactory. She and her team don't push for sale. Her prices are compatible

Where do I start? I initially purchased a kitchen sink through another commercial retailer which fell through leaving me in a pickle as I needed it for my kitchen renovation. I found the same model online through Intertertech Hardware and my dealings with them, and in particular Jasmine, has been outstanding. Not only did they have the correct model in stock, Jasmine made sure I had the sink by the end of the day. She has actually saved my bacon twice and I am forever grateful. Thank you for having such a wide collection and for ensuring my complete satisfaction. A very lovely company to deal with and I more than highly recommend ❤️

My new go to spot for all hardware needs. Definitely ideal for design students working on prototypes or furniture to get their necessary materials and equipment here.
