Intero was great to work with. They started by auditing our Google Ads account, then cleaned things up, restructured campaigns, and made ongoing optimizations. They also double-checked our conversion tracking so we could actually trust what we were seeing in the numbers. Communication was easy and consistent, with bi-monthly calls and clear monthly reporting. We saw real improvements too. CPC dropped about 26%, CTR increased about 29%, conversions were up about 15%, and cost per conversion improved by about 11%. Solid partner and I’d recommend them.

I would like to sincerely thank Julia and her team for the many hours of support they provided during the transition to our brand-new website. This was a huge undertaking, spanning four months, and Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. She consistently demonstrated a calm, positive, and upbeat demeanor, even during the more complex phases of the launch. We are truly grateful that Julia was assigned to our project. This issue was unrelated to Intero and stemmed from our third-party sales platform. After reaching out to that provider with no success, I contacted Julia over the weekend. Without hesitation, she escalated the issue to her team. Special kudos to Kurt, who redirected the contact form to our email so we could continue receiving inquiries while the sales platform company resolved their issue. I have always believed that client satisfaction is a critical part of any successful organization, and it’s clear that Intero shares that same philosophy. Intero Digital does a phenomenal job. They truly care about their clients, and they will go above and beyond for you. They put my video production company on the map through their SEO and SEM services. Our website saw eyebrow-raising jumps in traffic in a short period of time. Our Google Ads campaign also saw an excellent CTR, far above industry averages. I admit: I have high standards, and I can nit pick. But I would recommend Intero Digital to anyone looking to grow their business. You will not regret it. This all was extremely beneficial, yet I'd like to add an extra detail. This detail was quite meaningful to my family and me. They personally sent a box of tasty treats to my brother for his wedding. This was so special. I can't guarantee they'll send you (or your brother!) food, but I can guarantee they'll take care of you.
