We had our company’s new website made by Intendit when we got a new brand appearance done. The start of the project was difficult as we were not happy with the suggestions and the things we had wanted were said to not be possible. We only got a mockup of one page so we had to design all the rest ourselves. Also we had to comment on mistakes multiple times before they were fixed and our brand identity hadn’t been followed. However when we got Niclas from Intendit to edit the page how we wished and fix the things that didn’t work things started working well. We had a few meetings with him going through all pages and he was even able to make the things work that first were said to not be possible. He showed us how to edit the pages ourselves so we were able to make changes and new pages. We are happy with the end result. The process all in all was quite laborious because we had to do so much ourselves that we could have started from scratch ourselves rather than someone doing page designs that were not at all cohesive with our brand identity. In the end when we had designed how we want the page thankfully Niclas helped us implement it. He is quick to reply and fix things that don’t work.
I've worked almost a decade with Intendit, both professional and private. Support is absolutly fabulous, flexible and with very short response times. Scores 10(10) - all aspects!
