Absolutely an awful experience. I was promised and signed a contract for a shopify website within 3 weeks but it ended up being nearly 5 months.. The staff are incompetent and couldn’t understand basic instructions. Multiple spelling and grammar mistakes. I also requested a specific shopify theme template which I had purchased for and later found out they had used a totally different theme! I was promised editing of my photos professionally but again they couldn’t carry out basic requirements. Their graphic design team is very poor. Not happy and the worst agency I have ever worked with. I do NOT recommend them.
