Fantastic from start to finish. I was cautious of using a new company to start with as I have used my old one for years. Met with Luke and Lee to go through our ideas together, and the final website was perfect. Will definitely be using again.

If it was possible to bottle the warmth and friendliness of the In the Eye Media team then, I for one, would be asking for regular deliveries! Every interaction leaves me smiling - and I know they have my back. My website is more than I could have envisaged and Luke, who did the design, listened and heard what I saying and interpreted my non-design phrases beautifully. The whole team have been great. Very good energy from this company. They offer results and are clear and transparent. They Dont sell you something you Dont need and as a company that is in a very crowded space they Dont apply any pressure. This time lee and I came to a understanding that atm my company wouldn't benifit from a partnership but we will revisit in the future. After struggling along with my old provider for years - throwing good money after bad, this team were like ‘a breath of fresh air’. Great Technical ability, Plenty of good honest advice, they only sell you what you need and the service provided is second to none. Very refreshing in this day and age !

Brilliant experience from start the finish! Thanks from Lee and all the team at ‘In The Eye Media’ for developing such a great looking and professional website. We were first contacted by ‘In The Eye Media’ about changing from our current provider as they felt they could improve on our existing website…. They weren’t wrong! We were a little apprehensive at first with changing from our old website provider as we just didn’t have the time/capacity to sit down and start again but ‘In The Eye Media’ took the stress out of everything from start to finish. They listened to what I did/didn't like with our exiting and designed a new fantastic website which has since had numerous positive feedbacks and helped us improve our family run business.
