Impact Media is not only professional but personable. We have worked with them for many years now and they have always been on top of anything we need. And they explain it in simple terms for those of us who need it. They are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend any company to use Impact Media! The owner Brian Tucker always replies to our emails and takes care of anything that is needed. And Jim Hasselman is amazing as well. He is always taking care of our needs for everything. Can't imagine how easy it has been since we went with Impact Media. We are treated like people and we are always taken care of, regardless if it is our business website, a virus or new computer transitions. They service ALL our needs when it comes to IT or anything to do with our business!! TY!
