I can not recommend Kiah and the team at Immediac enough! Several months ago, one of our clients alerted us that our website link was no longer connected to our business. After some digging, we discovered our domain name had been taken over by another individual. We spent nearly 2 months trying to fix it but honestly we just kept going in circles since so many other parts of the process also needed to be integrated. Within 24 hours of contacting Immediac, they had everything completely resolved for us! From recommendations on which domain host we should use to reconnecting us our existing website. They also reconnected us to Google Business and even did some valuable upgrades to our profile ,which Kiah noted were missing. What I couldn't accomplish in 2+ months, they handled flawlessly in a single day. I only wished I had reached out to them sooner. I had previously written a critical review of this business (Aug 2023 - now updated) based on a poor user experience in an Android app they developed in comparison to the iOS version that they also developed, After using an updated version of their app this year for the 2024 event, I can confirm that there was a significant improvement in the functionality and usefulness of the app and that the developer reached out personally to let me know. While I think that there is always room for improvement with the app itself, I was impressed with the outreach and responsiveness of this business to a critical review. They were professional, courteous, and relevant to the issues raised. I do appreciate that there may have been considerations and limitations that were not directly in the control of ImmediaC in the development or priority placed upon the different versions of the app and appreciate that they have worked with their client to identify and improve the app so, as a business, I couldn't ask for more than that.
