I contacted them to manufacture and install a light box. We signed a contract. Manager Irina assured me everything would be done on time, not to worry. But it was just the opposite. On July 21, 2023, we signed an addendum requiring fabrication and installation within 10 working days. On August 3, he said he couldn't make it, even though no matter where you went in the office, people were smoking outside. They'll definitely do it on Monday. And since they didn't even bother to send a cleaner, I started to doubt it. No calls on Friday. On Monday, silence too. I called myself on Tuesday. Apologetic, saying how we could work it out. We agreed on a discount, plus a free floodlight. Friday passes, and still no progress. After some arguing and a showdown... She said absolutely nothing. She doesn't want to talk anymore. She handed things over to director Tatyana. History repeated itself. They didn't deliver the layout, installed the fasteners incorrectly, didn't deliver the spotlight, and ultimately refused to honor the contract or refund the advance payment with a penalty. So, I don't recommend them.
