After being recommended by someone who knows many design agencies, I am over the moon and cannot recommend Identity Agency highly enough. From building a new website from scratch on Word Press, designing all the corporate branding and a new logo and holding my hand the whole way through the process, Tommy and his team have been excellent. It's safe to say the business has found it's home for all things digital and they have a customer for many years to come. Their friendly approach, being willing to talk through each step with someone who had very limited knowledge of design or websites, made what could have been a highly complicated and long winded process as pain free and enjoyable as possible. My clients continue to frequently compliment the new site and it's ease of use, and I'm besotted with the design. Thank you to all the team, an absolute find!

Identity agency are extremely attentive. Tommy has been working with us for a few years now, he offered consultancy advice to us when we had our own in-house team that needed his guidance and experience. He gave us marketing insights and advice on things to change on our website. So of course we thought of Identity Agency first when we rebranded and needed everything creating. Tommy and his team have developed a stunning website for us as well as PowerPoint themes, leaflets, email signatures, business cards, etc. Nothing is ever too much much trouble and he is more than happy to complete a task until we are 100% happy with it. Tommy is very quick to respond to emails and keeps his clients inform if he won’t be available. Tommy is a pleasure to work with and is not afraid to challenge my ideas if he knows they will not look right. His eye for design is a major asset to his company. Identity agency also helped us to secure funding for our new website and branding. They created our website to work for us, and allow us to very easily add and change courses as we needed, which is a fantastic design idea, that we will save us so much time. In summary I would not hesitate to recommend Identity agency if you are looking for a fully functional website and want to work with a very receptive team who are available to talk to.
