We approached JC Social Media to deliver a series of Social Media workshops at Birmingham City University as part of a business development project called Higher Level Skills Match. All correspondence with the company was prompt and extremely helpful, and they were able to recommend courses which would benefit our businesses the most. The workshops were delivered by David Glenwright who all of our businesses loved. We had so many lovely comments regarding his delivery being extremely engaging and relevant. The content of the workshop was exactly what our businesses were after and many of them have asked for further drop-in sessions to keep regular contact with David. We have a further two workshops booked and we can't wait for them! I would highly recommend JC Social Media for any kind of Social Media training. They're a lovely group of people who deliver high quality training.

Could not rate JC or our Trainer David higher. We hired JC to deliver social media training to our consumer service team at KP snacks. David delivered an excellent session that covered everything we requested and we very engaging. We opted for a bespoke session so I was thoroughly impressed by the way David and the team at JC were still able to tie everything into a coherent session. Would highly recommend and use again!

My company have used JC social media for both social media marketing with David and a new website from Jacob. Both have been exceptional. David took time out to help me along the way in training and explain things simply for me to understand. Jacob has designed a fantastic website for us, we cannot complain in the slightest, he has kept us up to date step by step and bounced ideas our way to make the website look more slick and modern. We are exceptionally happy with what we have received from this company.

We've all been extremely impressed with JC Social Media's training programme. The theory sessions have been fun and engaging, whilst the technical sessions have taken quite complicated areas and broken them down into easy to understand actions teaching us new skills and ideas that we are now putting into practice with clients. David is a fantastic teacher and we would certainly recommend the sessions.

We've worked with David @ JC social Media for a couple of years now, having both in-depth training and social media audits, as well as picking his brain as and when we need to. He helped us lay out our strategic objectives in a way we hadn't thought of before, and helped us go right back to basics to ensure we were making use of all available tools and features. David's a pleasure to work with, his knowledge of social media is second to none and his energy and humour enable him to make training sessions very engaging and enjoyable indeed!
