Regarding skills, it's a corporate image company and they don't know how to use tools like Illustrator. They rely on interns to do the work so they don't have to hire designers. The owner is very arrogant and has poor manners. As for the facilities, it's an old building with a leaky roof, causing leaks when it rains. The women's restroom floods.
