ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport

Extremely comfortable stay. Rooms were clean, & neat. Just what I needed for a one night stay. Make sense to book Ibis when transiting for a night and you need a truly good rest. Great view of the runway too. There is an E-Mart onsite, which is helpful for the midnight munchies. The spa was wonderful, though I felt that it was too cold when I entered in the morning. The water temperature was also too low for the hot bath & dry sauna, in my opinion. For terribly cold winter days, can consider to increase the temperature.

I stayed at ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport T2 for just one night, and it was a really good experience. The location couldn’t be better — it’s right next to Terminal 2, and they have a very convenient shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade when I checked in! The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable — just what I needed. The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a short stay near the airport — comfy, convenient, and with great service. I’d happily stay here again.

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed, clean room, shuttle bus was extremely convenient and on time. Do avoid the bus breaks in the afternoon and last bus around 10pm, other wise shuttle was no hassle at all. Only food option is either the hotel dining area or the 24hr convenient store at the lobby. Would recommend to anyone who want to stay near the airport.

Arrived early and was upgraded which was a nice suprise. The hotel is clean the beds are great. The sauna and spa were wonderful after a day travelling and very clean. The check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. There is a train direct from Seoul to the Airport terminal and a shuttle to the hotel every hour. There is a convience store in the hotel that sells snack food that you can heat up and take to your room otherwise there is a bar and restuarant with an all you can eat menu for around 30 euros. Funny watching the robot cleaners take the elevators. A gym is also in the hotel.

The shuttle from the airport was not exactly where stated. Check-in was easy. Our room was nice but we found hair that was not ours everywhere. Behind the bed was also very dirty. We arrived late, and there was no where to eat or get delivery. However, we managed to get food from the convenience store located in the hotel. Noise from the air planes are very loud. The hotel did offer ear plugs. Solid 8 out of 10 otherwise.
