Ich habe am 28. März 2025 meinen Antrag für den ReparaturBONUS Berlin eingereicht. Der Eingang wurde damals bestätigt – danach herrschte über 6 Monate völlige Funkstille. Heute, am 13. Oktober 2025, erhielt ich völlig überraschend eine Ablehnung mit der Begründung, ich hätte angeblich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung keine Unterlagen eingereicht. Das ist schlicht falsch: Ich wurde zu keiner Zeit aufgefordert, irgendetwas nachzureichen. Für den Antrag musste ich zahlreiche persönliche Daten und Dokumente einreichen – um dann nach über einem halben Jahr eine standardisierte Absage zu bekommen, die nachweislich nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. So geht man nicht mit Bürgerinnen und Bürgern um, die im Vertrauen auf ein offizielles Förderprogramm handeln. Mein Fazit: Kommunikation mangelhaft, Bearbeitung intransparent, kein respektvoller Umgang mit Antragstellern.

To the Board of Directors of IBB This concerns a solar roof with a storage system that was commissioned in March 2025. Funding for the storage system was previously approved through the solar program. The application was submitted in autumn 2024. The service provided by IBB Berlin regarding the promised funding for the solar storage system is unacceptably poor. It began with the application form, which was very poorly worded, especially when corrections were needed. Furthermore, there was no accessible hotline for inquiries. Ten months have now passed without any indication of when the funding will be paid. Months ago, there was a note stating that the processing was six months behind schedule; now, they are citing a twelve-month delay. Whoever administers this system must be completely unsuitable. It is unacceptable for approvals to have a processing time of a year or more. Either the process is too bureaucratic, the programming too complicated and poorly worded, or there's no one in charge of this project who can be held accountable for this shoddy work. Apparently, just typical Berlin bureaucracy. It's reminiscent of the "rotting fish."

I submitted my application on December 12th and there were no issues. Today is January 10th, 2025 – almost a month. At 80 years old, I'm not as tech-savvy as I used to be, but I managed everything – yet after almost a month, not a single euro has been deposited into my account. The washing machine repair cost €365 – perhaps buying a new one would have been better than relying on the repair bonus. Why hasn't the money been transferred yet?

I relied on the funding program and, accordingly, initiated the repair in the first place. Since I had to wait for a bank statement (a simple proof of transaction isn't sufficient), I was a mere five days late. When I asked if anything could be done about it, or if I could submit an application for this repair in a future funding period, I only received a copy-pasted answer that I had already seen on the website. Furthermore, the funding period was only recently extended. I wonder why it was extended at all if the funds were already so scarce? An unnecessarily complicated system.
