We've been working with i3MEDIA for a couple of years now across paid search, paid social and SEO. Results have varied over time, such is the nature of performance marketing, but what has remained consistently good is i3's communication, can-do attitude and pro-active approach. We have a very good relationship with our account managers which allows us to act quickly & pivot when necessary; they feel like an extension of our small team! When there have been occasional issues, i3 have always addressed them swiftly and professionally. Overall, we're extremely happy customers and hope to continue working together for years to come.

Really impressed with i3media! They're very attentive and always available when you need them. Ross my acct manager was often phoning me with updates/plans etc which makes a change from having to chase companies over these sorts of things. Monthly Fee is right in the mid-range (you can pay A LOT more for social media marketing in some cases), I have absolutely no reason to switch to another company. I've worked with I3 on a number of projects. Most recently we needed a brochure to vividly show how we at Charis manage the distribution of financial support, products and services to vulnerable households and community projects. A lot of the work we are involved in is complex, as well as being hugely beneficial to the people it supports. At all stages of the design and build we were involved. i3Media worked directly with our partner providers to provide flowing site. Any snagging we came across was fixed , restored in hours . Have been working with I3 media for three months now and the whole experience has been great. We have been working on what was a very messy, mail chimp with no structure. Ali who has been looking after me during this time has transformed my lists, created journeys and tags and much more bringing it into alignment and functioning beautifully. Engagement has gone up from 14% to mis 30s and sometimes 40s which is way above the 28% average. Ali has also been very hands on and always making himself available to answer question quickly.
