In town for a 24 hour stop on my way back to the states and chose Hyatt as its right next to the airport. Beautiful property, super helpful & nice staff. The bartenders at “Lounge” bar were all phenomenal and experts. Front desk staff were all exceptional and 5 star service. There isn’t anything walkable near the hotel itself but has restaurant and bar and a $20 uber or taxi ride away to the night market and lots of restaurants etc. Room was clean, shower/bathroom was great.

Stayed there as part business (still working remotely) part vacation trip. Used Hyatt points for this stay. I think it really worth the points. One note (pro and con at same time for location): While incredibly convenient as it sits right next to the airport and the metro station (around 45 min to Taipei Train station if transfer to rapid service at the next station). The only trade-off to keep in mind is that the immediate area is very quiet with limited activity and no easily accessible convenience stores nearby.

Really all you need as a transit hotel. Really excellent service (I had Lorraine on the front desk for check in who was great with fixing my double booking). Beds a little hard for my taste but better than you usually find in Asia. Very clean, rooms have blackout curtains and I didn't hear any noise from outside/hallways

Staff very helpful and friendly. Check-in was fast. Room fine- there are no other comparable airport hotels this close to TPE. I stayed here before when it was Accor but seems renovated since then. 24hr room service but breakfast only from 6-10am. But oh the cheap mattress! I don't have a problem with a firm mattress, but this is just cheap, shakes when you or your partner turns over, can feel the springs, just awful. Hard to sleep on this thing. Also encountered a bit of noise from guests in the hallway. Seems pretty obvious that at 2am local time you keep quiet, but common sense isn't so common. Those same people slam doors and stomp about. I wasn't expecting to feel fully rested with such an early flight, but here's hoping I sleep on the plane because I haven't managed much sleep here, unfortunately. Only recommended if you have a super early flight.

Location is great; the shuttle is easy to get to and use. Staff was nice and food service, I felt, was decently priced and enjoyable for hotel food. The rooms themselves were okay and clean, but the beds are atrocious. It completely degrades the experience as there is minimal to no cushioning. I like my beds firm but this is just a cheap terrible setup. Interstate motels in the US have better bedding. I had to decide between this or the Sheraton, and it appears I should have stuck with Marriott (Sheraton).
