Mr Siang and his assistant are highly skilled, experienced, and professional. I encountered a toilet leakage issue and reached out to him at around 11:30pm, fully expecting a response the next day. To my surprise, he replied almost immediately and assured me that he would come by the next morning. Came in next day and he resolved the issue promptly. Mr Siang was very efficient and responsive! Messaged on Saturday around midnight and he was over on Sunday morning. My kitchen sink was clogged and has been a constant issue since a long time now. Mr Siang helped to assess the situation before providing us with a quote to see if we would want to proceed, full transparency throughout the whole session. He even provided us with a counter solution when the initial solution didnt work out. Highly recommended!
Mr Siang intervened at our apartment today and helped us resolve a blockage which was affecting the whole kitchen area. It was very easy and quick to arrange the appointment and he was also very clear about the fees and there was no surprise or hidden cost. He was very efficient and helpful in diagnosing and fixing the root of the issue with a three months warranty and he also made sure to thoroughly clean other connected pipes and sinks. We are very satisfied about his service and would recommend without any hesitation.
