Adrian is incredibly reliable and I highly recommend him and his team. He genuinely puts the customer first—he’s professional, understanding, and most importantly, he listens. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about both his clients and the company. I first met Adrian while he was working on some of my apartment units, and I was immediately impressed. So when my mom’s AC gave out, he was the first person I called. We had already been without AC for three days in the middle of summer, and even though I had just reached out the day before, Adrian made sure we had working AC that same night. That kind of service is rare, especially during peak season. Since then, I’ve continued to call him for additional jobs—his team is always quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. I trust Adrian wholeheartedly and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

The staff is always friendly, professional and courtesy. I have had to call twice and both times the arrived within couple of hours and completed the job quickly. EDIT: I would write another review, but google won't let me post more than one. During one of the hotest days of the summer, my air conditioner went out. I was pretty sure I needed a new one. They were here within a couple of hours and diagnosed the system. Rather than just agreeing that I needed new one (our units are more than 18 years old) they said lets diagnosis the problem. They came back with a repair cost and in no way pressured my to replace it. I opted to get it replaced and they got it installed the same day.

I have been a customer of HVAC Solutions for about 5 years. I like them because they are very dependable and provide an excellent customer service experience. They always show up on time and provide a high-quality professional work in an efficient matter. I always appreciate this family owned and operated business and wouldn't trust any other.
