I use AI on a daily basis in my work so I thought I was already using it well but this training completely shifted my perspective. My biggest takeaway was learning that a good prompt is the foundation of everything. That alone changed how I think about using AI. I learnt how to structure prompts in a way that gives much better results. What really stood out for me was the session on research using AI. It may sound simple because we all search for things every day, but after this training, I can honestly testify that I had not even scratched the surface of what research with AI can do.
