I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During the sales process, I was given very clear expectations about the work that would be done on my Google profile and the results I could expect. Unfortunately, those expectations have not been met. After spending over $5,000, I have not seen any measurable return, enquiries, or leads that I can attribute to their services. When I raised these concerns and asked to cancel, the response was disappointing. The process has been difficult, communication has not been proactive, and billing has continued after notice of my intent to cancel. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensure all deliverables are clearly documented and regularly reviewed. Marketing should be an investment that generates results — that has not been my experience here.
