Have known them since 10+ years ago when my teacher brought me here to buy wireless microphones. Service here by Adam and his staff has been fantastic, it's always fun and exciting to visit this shop as there are always new items for you to try. very shady busines ethics. we bought 12 mics from them, totaling close to 1k. when asked what to do if there is any issue with the mic, they gave assurance to bring back within 7 days. this gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. as it turns out, one of the mic was faulty. when we brought back, they kept suggesting that it could be our other devices or misuse that caused the mic not to function. we presented with facts that quash his attempt to shift his responsibility. we asked him to call the staff that assured us we can return within 7 days if there is any problem to which he replied that staff is on leave and cannot be reached (red flag!) think twice when you give them your business. not ethical at all.
