Had a great experience at this Thai restaurant! The waitress service was superb — very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was also very delicious and full of flavor. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and excellent Thai food!

A Hidden Gem of Culinary Creativity! We were initially drawn in by the incredible $1 oyster promotion right next to Jalan Besar Stadium, but we stayed for what turned out to be an extraordinary Thai fusion experience. The menu is full of "pleasant surprises." The Egg in Egg in Egg in Egg was a feast to the eye & masterclass in texture, and "Not a Tom Yum" completely redefines the classic flavors we didn’t expected. We finished with the Durian puffs, which was the perfect real deal to wrap a lovely dinner among the 12 dishes ordered. A huge shoutout to Lok Yee and the team. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable, making the experience feel personal. We enjoyed it so much that we returned this weekend for a Mother’s Day family dinner, ordering à la carte based on the Chef’s Table menu. If you’re looking for unusual infusions and bold, creative tastes, this is the place to be❣️

Hue Restaurant, Tyrwhitt Road: Sadly, empty during lunch hour on Tuesday, we ducked in here for fusion Thai after a bike ride. Set lunch is incredible value at $13.90 for half a spring chicken and $14.90 for perfectly pan-fried barramundi. You get a deep rich prawn soup, rice and 2 cubes of watermelon as side. The beautifully plated barramundi sat on a bed of tom yum coconut milk gravy and the pickled cabbage was an acidic fun hit. We were so impressed. Chicken was promising in the looks department, but the mash went south. There was a pungent taste – akin to blue cheese in the mash. It didn’t sit well. I tried to ask the chef what was in there but even the staff couldn’t get him to speak. I finally found out from staff that there’s milk in the mash and it probably went off. This little cute spot has great food, but fingers crossed you don’t have the misfortune of having this side thorn of a possible milk gone off. #eatstylishtravelstylish

I got to give it a wow for the lunch set at this outlet. Given the price, it worths every cents for the food taste and presentation. The Tom Yum soup is not extra hot compared to the outlet Thai restaurant I visited early if the week. Just nice. I like the soup come with mini dried shrimp. That's quite a unique ingredient I have seen for the first time in Tom Yum soup. The fish is really good. Beneath it, there are some pickled cabbage, tasted sour which increase my appetite. As for the the char grilled chicken, it suits people who likes mild spicy. One should expect the rice bowl is actually a coconut shell which is quite funny. I think this outlet should get more support given the nice food they offer. Recommended.

Wait… $1 oysters in Singapore? No catch, just fresh, succulent oysters at shell-shocking value. Welcome to Hue where Thai fusion gets a glow-up. Think cosy elegance for the interior with floral touches, cool design elements and lighting so good… even your food starts to glow. We feasted on Garli-licious prawns — rich, buttery, with a garlicky sauce that is simply addictive. The Claw some rice is fragrant and crabby in the best way, with pops of tobiko! The Thai Spices Chicky is crispy, tasty and gone in seconds. The Three Little Pig is a crispy pork belly with herby coriander flavour. And that melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu makes you say goodbye to self-control. And dont forget to indulge in their refreshing and beautiful drinks! Red Hurricane, Butterfly Effect and Thai Milky Way. Perfect pairing with the delicious dishes. Hue isn’t just a meal… it’s a whole vibe that you need to enjoy with your friends and family.
