Sunday Roast! Yes! This was my ONLY reason for paying Hubs a visit. Here goes my sequence of identifying a place that serves a Sunday Roast. 3 weeks ago, I was just searching and I was delighted to know that its very close to where I stay. Arrived about 2.15pm, the place was packed and I was turned away because I didnt reserve a table. Albeit the disappointment, something smells delightful. Haha! I did not give up! Just 3 days ago, I saw that they do respond to FB messenger and I grabbed my chance in hooking myself up with a good Sunday Beef Roast at 1pm. So here goes! Today, 31 May 2026, I arrived slightly shy to 1pm and I was greeted with warmth and welcoming smile by confirming my reservation and was seated down. 1 person, can put me at those far corner, I am ok but on a table of 4? Very comfortable! Ordered myself a pint of stout and a lemon soda. The server was kind enough to share that it needed another 10 more mins after confirming how my beef is to be cooked. I was definitely AOK! I mean 3 weeks endurance looking forward to this day, what's another 10 mins? It came! It finally came! It was food galore on a plate! Food abundant slather with gravy at the bottom of the entire presentation that was given to me. I was so delighted that it smells great too! Treasures that came in my Sunday Roast: 1) Roast Beef (Medium Rare) 2) Mashed potato (generously) 3) Peas 4) Pudding 5) Roasted Potato, Eggplant & Sweet Potato 6) Brocoli 7) Cauliflower 8) Roasted clove of Garlic ** And that mustard tho... just the right touch! It was SO good! I couldn't have asked for a better Roast. I cleaned up the entire plate EMBARRASSINGLY. And the server came and tell me that there is a complimentary Cheesecake. God forbid! I got all excited! The cheesecake was chilled with a solid Biscoff based!!!! OH MY TIAN ahhh!!! I am definitely coming back and I will learn my lesson to always reserved a place for an addictive Sunday Roast. I'm gonna try different protein next!

Hubs is my go-to place for a pint of Guinness. It is a lovely, welcoming bar run by a closely knit family, which gives the place a warm and personal feel. After enjoying a pint of Guinness, we ended the night with Jameson, which made the evening even better. I am hoping for better vegetarian options in future 😇. Overall, a great place for drinks, good vibes, and friendly service.

Somehow I always find the Guinness here nicer, maybe it’s the atmosphere. The fish and chip were really crispy! Fish was firmed and tasty. They have vinegar on the side and I enjoyed eating the fish with. The chips I believed are not instant kind but hand cut? It was crispy yet fluffy. I ordered a Sunday pork roast to take away. The pork roast was good. I wish they gave more of the smashed green pea cos it was so good! Looking forward to going back for Sunday roast there instead of tabao

Hidden gem of a pub along Siglap. Place is surprisingly rather quiet on a Saturday night. Atmosphere is homely and inviting. Food 🍱 is really great and service is good. Offers really delectable Irish ☘️ grub at reasonable prices.

A lovely pub in Siglap. A conducive gathering place to chill with food & drinks. The Guinness is one of the best I have had. Very good service by the staff.
