Hub & Spoke Cafe

Actually this place is nice. Just a walking distance from T2 carpark and follow the signage direction. It's about 5 minutes walk. From outside, the place looks good. But the moment you step in, it just looks messy. Table are not wipe and the price are compatible to dining in many nice hotel. The best part is, there are no cappuccino which is very important for a cafe. Overall, the place is just ok.

Nice cafe with pleasant decor and spacious layout including indoor and outdoor seating. Maybe because today is Good Friday, they are understaffed and food seems to be selling out by the minute. Still, the staff seem to be trying their best to serve all customers. Perhaps they need to undergo some payment transformation and start using digital payments like self-service booths etc to cope with the ordering so staff can focus on food preparation instead. Overall still seems like a great place, will consider coming back.

Visited Overflow Pub for dinner and drinks. Unfortunately, only the deep‑fried items were acceptable, and everything else we ordered was disappointing. The wagyu burger was especially bad. We requested medium, but it came out very tough and dry, and honestly didn’t feel like wagyu at all. The Hokkien noodles were extremely dry to the point where the noodles were sticking to the plate; I had to ask for extra chilli just to mix it in and make it slightly edible. The XO fried rice and aglio olio were also below standard. We placed our order around 8.45pm, but the wagyu burger and XO fried rice only arrived at 9.45pm, despite me walking to the kitchen twice to check on the order. To make matters worse, when the food was finally served, we were told there were no more forks. The staff were apologetic, which I appreciated, but the overall experience points to operational and management issues that need serious attention. On a positive note, the live band was good and likely the main reason the place gets crowded. If things don’t improve on the F&B side, I see this place remaining suitable only for drinks and live music. Not recommended for food or dinner. Not coming back unless I’m being invited because they changed. I initially thought I’ll be having a good time, hence the one tower of beer….

📍Hub & Spoke, Changi Airport Terminal 2 🦖 Into dinosaurssss? Your kid will love this new Dino-themed playground located next to Hub & Spoke cafe at Terminal 2. Located at the junction between Jurassic Mile and T2, you can’t miss this playground on your scenic route. Not the biggest playground, but still offers plenty for your little one to see, with a huge Dino-egg to crawl through and spiral covered slide! 👧🏻 Toddler rating: 6/10. It’s new, so well maintained and surprisingly clean. Better suited for older kids as the tall structure can be daunting for toddlers. Still, plenty of space to roam around for little zoomies! 👉 Parents’ note: Clean bathrooms with kid-friendly sinks nearby. Indoor and outdoor seating available at the Hub & Spoke diner. The staff were attentive. I Was here as a loungekey visitor. I enjoyed my jurassic mile run. but they also offer bike rides. I mainly was in for their showers and lockers which was useful. however the locking mechanism may needs support and maintenance; there are staff ready to support you too. getting there is the issue, once you're all done showered somehow u have to walk back to T2 all hot again although shaded.
