The company response is that I would receive a reminder before renewal, I did not so I would like to clarify this, that no reminder was received. This is despite reminders being selected on my dashboard. I also did not manually turn on any auto renewals so this is something they have done themselves to charge people for things they aren't using. They claim to be transparent to save face, however they are not transparent at all. Truly an awful shady company. Avoid. I had a domain which I never really used and had earmarked to cancel start of November (1 week before anniversary of buying it). I had an email regarding a payment. They renewed the domain a month early with no notice and refused to refund.

the support is not professional kodee need to learn, the human are only one who have fix my problem ( means the hostinger problem..but now is again..i have to change all linksnames ect. next time i not use this company, they have change things who is important for seo..they have to learn..1 star for support 3-5 star for the website builder

Absolute trash service. Regret not getting a proper server host from the start.

Very good service, company and program interface. My first time creating a website and using their programs and everything went smoothly.

Very nice. I have just completed a domain transfer after arguing with incompetent GoDaddy employees for 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. So happy to be with Hostinger. I've slowly been transferring everything over to Hostinger. I'm here for a long time, as long as support quality does not go down the drain.
